The Haida Prophecy of the Golden Spruce Tree By Andrew Dwight Harris (Maitreya's comments, and quotes from Mission teachings, in red)
The Tree That Holds Up the World For the Cheyenne, the end centers on the destruction of the world tree (can mean political system, or understanding of the Spirit), or axis mundi, on which the world turns (the earthly system, or true knowledge of the Spirit, makes the world work correctly – makes it turn right. If it falls or is destroyed, the world will not work FINE). We don't know where it is anymore, but somewhere in the north there is a great pole, a huge tree trunk like the sun dance pole but bigger. It holds up the world. For a long time, the Great White Grandfather Beaver has been gnawing at that pole, and they say he has already gnawed halfway through it. Whenever Grandfather Beaver gets angry at something, he gnaws faster and faster at the pole. Well, once he gnaws all the way through it,
it will fall over and everything is going to
crash into a bottomless nothing. It will be the
end of everything, the end of people, the end of
ends. so we take care not to make Grandfather
Beaver angry. We never eat beaver or touch
beaver skins. That way maybe the world
will last longer. Therefore, the 'Tree That Holds Up the World' is going to fall over. But the 'Tree of Life' has been followed, decoded, and conveyed across the entire globe as far back as recorded history. Crazy Horse, a Native American warrior, in a vision quest, foresaw a time when "...mankind will gather under the sacred tree of life..." (source) (can be referring to The Greatest Sign – Banner which all will be under and will be One). It is guaranteed Crazy Horse did not think 'the sacred tree of life' is from India. But in the Katha Upanishad, an ancient Hindu book, we find a 'tree of life' called the "eternal Asvattha Tree": This is That eternal
Asvattha Tree with its root above and branches
below (like the nervous system – brain is the root
and the rest are the branches, like a tree
upside down. Chakras are created when the
nerves inside the spine cross each other.
The more you meditate and contemplate, the more you
go to the root or God). That root,
indeed, is called the Bright That is Brahman,
and That alone is the Immortal. In That all
worlds are contained, and none can pass beyond. This verily is That. Furthermore, in THOTH, The Holiest Book, Holiest 3, Tablet 7, it says:
However, this pattern of progress towards God, or Knowledge, will be lost during the Tribulation: "But this knowledge will also be lost in this tribulation and replaced by a show of knowing rather than reality." It says this in THOTH, Revelation of The Revelation, Tablet Fifteen:
At the time of the Tribulation, only the Elected Ones will have the knowledge of the Tree of Life. In THOTH, Revelation of The Revelation, Tablet Thirty-Four, it says:
The Elects are the ones that Maitreya is calling for. They have the 'Tree of Life.' The time is marked by the falling of the Golden Spruce Tree. They have been reincarnated and have found their way to the Mission of Maitreya. Maitreya explains this in the 04/07/2007 Calling Elects session:
Therefore, that is why 'The Tree That Holds Up The World' is going to fall down: Because we do not need it. The real 'Tree of Life' is The Greatest Sign. The other trees are going to fall over. Now let us see how the Golden Spruce Tree fits into this. The Golden Spruce Tree grew on the Haida Gwaii archipelago in British Columbia. It was an extremely rare old growth Sitka Spruce tree that was yellow instead of green. The Haida have a legend and a prophecy about it. They call the tree 'Kiidk'yaas.' The Mission of Maitreya is the fulfillment of the prophecy about Kiidk'yaas, the Golden Spruce. In 1977, the Golden Spruce (this was 20 years before it was cut down) stood brilliant yellow against the normal trees of the forest. That same year, 1977, Maitreya (God Is With Him) received revelations and The Greatest Sign from God. In addition, that same year, a group of botanists became interested in the Golden Spruce Tree. To the botanists, the Golden Spruce was an incredulous curiosity. Trees such as the Golden Spruce Tree are yellow in color because they lack chloroplasts. These chloroplasts, which are green, absorb the sun's energy and allow the tree to grow. These trees are yellow because they have a mutation such that in the sun they produce no chloroplasts, other than a few on the inside whorls of their branches. Because of this, they normally grow mutated, somewhat mangled, and not very tall. However, except for being yellow, the Golden Spruce appeared to be a normal, healthy, 300-year-old Sitka Spruce, 160 feet tall and 7 feet across at the base. It was not stunted, and the botanists wanted to know why. The botanists were from the University of British Columbia, and when they returned they brought with them some branches from the Golden Spruce Tree. In the university's botanical garden, they created two new Golden Spruce trees using grafting and layering techniques. In 1977, the two new Golden Spruces took root and began to grow, and the Mission of Maitreya began to grow. As was mentioned, the legend of the Golden Spruce Tree, called Kiidk'yaas, was told by the Haida generation after generation. However, in 1997, the tree was cut down. It was at that moment, when the Golden Spruce Tree fell to the ground, that the prophecy was fulfilled. There are two versions of the Kiidk'yaas prophecy. Here is the first one, relayed just after Kiidk'yaas was cut down, which says Kiidk'yaas will be admired until the last generation (source - page 90):
The Prophecy of the Golden Spruce - Version 1 According to Guujaaw, a 43-year-old Haida spokesman who talked by telephone from the islands north of Vancouver, the 160-foot golden spruce on the banks of the Yakoun River had a name, Kiidk'yaas, and it was among the most sacred parts of the Haidas traditional life. As the story goes, when the ancient
people had mistreated each other, the creator was
angered and buried the entire village in snow. "An old
man and a boy hid under a cedar plank till they heard a
bird call," Guujaaw said. "The only two survivors of the
village ran up the Yakoun River, and the old man told
the boy not to look back. He did anyway, and because he
disobeyed, he was turned into a tree (the Golden Spruce).
It was said that the tree would then be admired until
the last generation," Guujaaw said. Kiidk'yaas is a sure sign of the End Times. What can also be stated is that Kiidk'yaas would die sometime around the time of the Seventh Generation. The Native American website, IndianLegend.com, says: "The prophecy of the Seventh Generation is common to many American Indian nations." So it is not a far stretch to say that Kiidk'yaas is related to the Seventh Generation because of the reference to the last generation. But it also means the generation that is in the Seventh Fire Prophecy. The Seventh Fire Prophecy represents the Seventh Generation because, "In the time of the Seventh Fire New People will emerge." In addition, it is plausible that teachings of Native Americans originated with Zoroaster, as is explained by Maitreya in the Newsbrief article The Seven Fire Prophecies:
From Maitreya's words (above) we can understand more deeply the First Seal of The Greatest Sign, and God's Plan, because we have an idea of how people moved around on the planet. Most people think that where they are from is not related to where other people are from. However, they are all related, and the teachings of the Persians (Zoroaster) and those of the Native Americans (even Native Americans dancing around the fire, which is what Zoroastrians revere - fire - can be another clue) are represented in the First Seal of The Greatest Sign. The teachings of Zoroaster did spread through North America and have an influence on Native American teachings. Here is a quote about the Zoroastrian religion that is reminiscent of Native American teachings: Prior to being born, the urvan (soul)
of an individual is still united with its
fravashi
(guardian spirit), and which have existed since Mazda
created the universe. During life, the fravashi acts as
a guardian and protector. Because Native Americans believed
that supernatural powers were personal beings, they
sought to establish relationships with benevolent
guardian spirits. As mentioned earlier, there is also 'The Seventh Generation Prophecy' (source):
The Prophecy of the Seventh Generation According to the prophecy, after seven generations of living in close contact with the Europeans, the Onkwehonwe would see the day when the elm trees would die. The prophecy said that animals would be born strange and deformed, their limbs twisted out of shape (like the way many frogs have been born deformed). Huge stone monsters (atomic bomb or asteroids) would tear open the face of the earth. The rivers would burn aflame (oil spills). The air would burn the eyes of man (air pollution). According to the prophecy of the Seventh Generation the Onkwehonwe would see the day when birds would fall from the sky (has happened - example), the fish would die in the water (has happened - example), and man would grow ashamed of the way that he had treated his mother (ignored and/or left in the nursing homes to die lonely and neglected) and provider, the Earth. Finally, according to this prophecy,
after seven generations of living in close contact with
the Europeans, the Onkwehonwe would rise up and demand
that their rights and stewardship over the Earth be
respected and restored. Maitreya explains more about the Seventh Generation in the Newsbrief article The Inca Prophecy of the Eagle and the Condor:
When Kiidk'yaas fell to the ground, it was the time of the Seventh Generation. Of course, we already knew that. As was said, the Golden Spruce stood gigantic and majestic on Haida Gwaii. The tree was in an isolated location. It was protected from logging. Occasionally tourists happened by with cameras - Kiidk'yaas was an anomaly in nature. The tree was cut down when a person walked up to it and began sawing through its base using a chainsaw. His name was Grant Hadwin. It took about two hours, and the tree fell to the ground. He then proceeded to the nearby town and declared to the public that he had cut down the Golden Spruce Tree. He said he had done it for political reasons, to protest against logging practices. On his way to court, for fear of being lynched by a mob that had assembled, he boarded his kayak and attempted to cross to the mainland in rough waters. He was never seen again. It is believed he drowned. After Kiidk'yaas was cut down, it became apparent that the prophecy was fulfilled. A second version of the prophecy is in the video link below. It states that a new tree will be planted when Kiidk'yaas dies:
The Prophecy of the Golden Spruce - Version 2
Six
String Nation Elements, The Golden Spruce In the video, it is said a new tree would be planted. There is a reason a new tree will be planted. The old tree is our old teachings that do not work anymore. The new tree is the new teachings. In 1977 the seed of the Revelation brought by Maitreya (The Greatest Sign) (which will grow to a Mighty Tree) was planted, and so were two new Golden Spruce saplings at the University of British Columbia. The botanists did not know about The Greatest Sign. But if they did, we could say, for example, that The Greatest Sign is similar to the "candlestick all of gold, with a bowl upon the top" from Zechariah 4:1-3 in the Bible, and that, from the same verses, the "two olive trees by it" are not unlike the Golden Spruces created. We could say the whole thing is prophesied by God. With keeping in mind The Greatest Sign and the two Golden Spruce trees from 1977, read the verses below, Zechariah 4:1-6:
That is true, God wants us to know about The Greatest Sign. Maybe God showed Zechariah The Greatest Sign with the two Golden Spruces in 1977, so then we would know it was true. The final details of the story of the Golden Spruce Tree are: The Haida did get another Golden Spruce. One of the Golden Spruces created at the university died in storage while being delivered to Haida Gwaii just after Kiidk'yaas was cut down. The Haida found another tree though, from another source, as it were; many cuttings were taken from the felled tree. The botanists concluded it was luck that Kiidk'yaas had grown so tall. But, indeed, luck was not what made Kiidk'yaas grow. It was not a coincidence that the two new Golden saplings were created in the same year as The Greatest Sign. It does not just happen to be, that stories of the Tree of Life reverberate throughout the entire planet. The story of the Golden Spruce is the same as Sodom and Gomorrah in the Bible. God destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah, but Lot's wife looked back at the destruction and was turned into a pillar of salt, and the boy in the Golden Spruce story turned into the Golden Spruce Tree when he looked back at his destroyed village. This is the time of the destruction of the
earth. Keep your eyes fixed on
The Greatest Sign,
and don't look back. |
