The interesting part about this email was some information that we had not heard before.  I thought this might help you further to see some of the things that are happening in this Mission:

People in Nazareth tried to murder Jesus after he spoke at their synagogue.  The moral of the story is that people never feel smaller than when they're exceeded by their own kin, because of their erroneous beliefs and superstitions.  The truth is that I had to break ties with my own family, at least for the time being, because of their acrimonious jaundice, because they would rather throw me over a cliff than watch me prevail, and because they'll never speak to me again anyway if I do prevail.  Maitreya is the prophet Isa, and I agree with everything he has said.  It seems to me that the problem is the misinterpretations that are misconstrued throughout the world in general.

The prophet Maitreya fulfills virtually every prophecy that pertains to the prophet Isa, as you obviously know.  Jesus said that when the fig tree is ripe, his return is nigh.  He meant that when the Jewish people return to the land of Israel, other prophesies would soon follow.  It seemed unfathomable that the Jewish people could reclaim the land of Israel for almost 2000 years, yet in the late 1940s, Israel once again became a Jewish nation.  Jesus said his return would be like a thief in the night.  In other words, people will be in his presence yet somehow oblivious to his presence.  Other faiths have prophesied about a man who will have the birth name Muhammad, but who will be given the name Maitreya later in life.  They say he will be born in Persia (Iran) but will emerge in the west (USA).  The prophet Maitreya claims to be the reincarnation of Jesus and the prophet Muhammad, and it's interesting since, for 30 years, he has worked as a thief in the night.  Prophecies say that when the prophet Isa is given the name Maitreya, he will synthesis the major religions of the world, as the prophet Isa is the prophet who brought the major religions of the world to earth.  The prophet Maitreya's life fulfills every prophecy, and this is obviously his mission in this life.

The problem with prophecies about The Mahdi is that several different people made prophecies, yet they contradicted each other.  One man says that he will most resemble the people of Israel in appearance, yet another man says that he will be of Persian lineage [both are correct, as the people of Israel are descended from Persians].  The prophet Maitreya does, in fact, fulfill various prophecies about The Mahdi, but since everyone is clear about the fact that the prophet Isa and The Mahdi are two different prophets [this is not correct, as they are the same] who will emerge at the same time, these prophecies are not about The Mahdi but about Maitreya.  Some of these pertain to The Mahdi, but others pertain to Maitreya.  The prophecies say that they will emerge at the same time.  Neither will come to exist without the other, because this is how it has been foretold.  This is a list of prophecies that exist about The Mahdi.

The Mahdi will distance himself from people for a period in his life [that was the period from when I came to the US until I received the Revelation], he will not join occults or organizations [Ananda Marga was the only organization I joined, as it was necessary for me to learn what Baba had to say], he will not lay brick upon brick [very similar to the Prophecy that "He will not touch the ground" meaning He will not be touched by the external world] - he will have no possession [have none, all God's], he will be of medium stature [5' 6"], he will have a broad forehead [I do], he will most resemble the people of Israel in appearance [Persian], he will have a beautiful face, he will have beautiful hair, he will have a handsome nose [you be the judge: 1, 2], he will appear around the age of 30 [that was when I started to receive my Revelation - the confirmation, as the vision at the Baha’i Temple, was when I was 33], he will begin his mission between the ages of 30 and 40 [right on], he will have the knowledge of several scholars [I hope I have proven that] - he will be self-educated [what I know best is surely not from formal schooling], he will have knowledge that no one else possesses [the Mission is a testimony to that], he will have dark hair [I do], he will have the skin tone of a Persian [I do], people will see him on the streets and in the markets but will not realize that he is The Mahdi [that is the Truth], he will live an ordinary life [I do] until God, or Allah, reveals him [I surely am waiting but it seems it will not be in this lifetime but at the end of the next], and the prophet Isa and The Mahdi will emerge at the same time [they are the same and that is what it means by at the same time, are One - see note below].  The prophet Muhammad said "People will flee from him as sheep flee from the Sheppard.  Later on, people will begin to look for a purifier, but since they can find none but him, they will begin to run to him." [this surely is happening with the Mission.  We have such a wonderful revelation and there are few here with us.  I have no doubt that humanity will, eventually, realize that the Mission is their Salvation and they shall all come to It!]

Muhammad said "The Mahdi is the protector of the knowledge, the heir to the knowledge of all the prophets, and is aware of all things.  The dominion (authority) of the Mahdi is one of the proofs that God has created all things; these are so numerous that his [the Mahdi's] proofs will overcome (will be influential, will be dominant) everyone and nobody will have any counter-proposition against him."
 

In this email, I was especially fascinated by the sentence:

The prophet Muhammad said "People will flee from him as sheep flee from the Sheppard.  Later on, people will begin to look for a purifier, but since they can find none but him, they will begin to run to him."

This sentence is so right on.  I feel we have the answers to all human problems and still people are not falling over each other to join us!  They are still attached to their little worlds and are afraid to see that human salvation is here.  So this prophecy is almost saying the same thing as the one about the thief of the night (in the Bible) and the prophecy of Satrio Piningit from Indonesia, etc.  They all seem to indicate that in the beginning this Mission is too much for humanity, and it surely is.  However, our success is written in the Scriptures, and who can doubt God?

I do not know how accurate these prophecies are.  They have to be verified, for sure.  However, these can be new evidence that strengthens what we already have and Know to be the Truth.  God has left no room for error of who He has Chosen to bring His Last Message to humanity.  If you see this then you are Called.  Your choosing determines where you will end up!
 

Note: The person who sent me the email above believes that the Mahdi and Christ are two different people, as do many others.  The only place where the Scriptures say that two Prophets will come at the same time is in The Revelation in the Bible.  Those who believe that the Mahdi and Christ are not the same person might be referring to this prophecy.  Most probably this prophecy is fulfilled by Bab and Baha'u'llah; these two major Prophets were both from the Middle East (Persia) and existed at the same time.

If this is true then this prophecy is already fulfilled.  Otherwise there is only One Being who has brought all the religions on earth.  There is no prophecy that there are two prophets who will come at the end time.  There will be only One who will open the Book Sealed with Seven Seals (Revelation chapter 5) and will Reveal the Mystery of God (Revelation 10:7).

Some people might question: Then why were Baba and I also alive at the same time?  The answer is that Baba was not from the Middle East and was related more to the Prophets from India such as Shiva, Krishna, etc.  These two regions had two different Plans set up for them (there is much information on the website about this, for example search for "two plans" on this page), so this does not invalidate God's prophecy of the coming of this Revelation from only one person.  Besides, in the Scriptures it is revealed that the time between the last three Revelations will be accelerated.  Bab and Baha'u'llah came 200 years ago and Baba came right before this last Revelation!  (Back to link in article)
