Christ followed the Passover

He did not come to abolish God's Holy Days and replace it with pagan holidays.

Matt 26:17

17      Now the first day of the feast of unleavened bread the disciples came to Esa (Jesus), saying unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the passover?
