Mandala, who has been with us for some time, has been an unofficial Mission contact even before he joined the Mission officially.  He even has been answering inquiries and questions sent to the Mission.  Now he has decided to officially become a contact person for the Mission in California.  Since there are currently no other contacts for the Mission on the West side of the US, he will also handle this area for now.
