Q.
In all your responses, you singularly attack Christianity. You do
not attack the other religions, in fact, you exalt them. I must therefore
conclude, that there is something about Christianity you fear. A. Your conclusion is
based only on a few responses, not on the entire message. We also say that
the Mystical Paths are not the ultimate answer and often lead to running away
from society. We do not say that Judaism is the chosen religion, but only
a part of God's Plan. In contradiction to Islamic theology, we contest
that the Qur'an is not the Last Words of God. And in direct conflict with
Baha'i Teaching, we do not believe there covenant is firm and they have had many
problems in their 150 year history. The only difference between these other
religions and Christianity, is that Christianity has been heavily
influenced by western (and man-made) concepts and philosophies more than any of
the other religions of the world. Furthermore, we do not distinguish between
different religions sent by God. The only thing we fear is God! Q.
It must be this: Jesus is the Christ. He is God come in the flesh. He is
true. You are, therefore, a liar. All liars especially, those who oppose Jesus
the Christ, are of Satan. Therefore, you are of antichrist. In fact, you may be
THE antichrist. A. Again you are
mistaken and have moved to the conclusions of your desire, but not founded in
our teachings, nor in the teaching of scripture! Who does the Bible
say the Antichrist is? The Holy Bible only
uses the word Antichrist four times, all found in the Epistle writings of St.
John. All the quotations are listed below. St. John makes it clear that the
concept of Antichrist, is not to be found in some person, but in a spirit of
rebellion against God. |
|
Clearly in this
verse, John explains that antichrist has already come and will continue to
exist. "Who
is a liar but he who denies that Esa (Jesus) is the Christ? He is antichrist
who denies
the Father and Son" (1John 2:22). In this verse John clarifies how we know who an antichrist is, it is someone who denies the Sonship of Christ and the Fatherhood of God. Maitreya has never denied such a thing, but instead confirms that Christ was indeed the Son of God. |
|
Again John makes
clear another qualification of the SPIRIT of the antichrist, which has been with
humanity for a very long time. It is not a particular individual. Maitreya has
always claimed that Christ came in flesh for humanity, it was the Gnosticism
that John makes reference too, who claimed that Christ did not. It is clear from
these scriptures that the antichrist is a spirit, which denies Christ came as
Son of God, or in the flesh, but is not a single individual. Any other verse
that people try and tell you are about the antichrist do not bare such a title,
in either the old or new testaments. Since it is the writings of John where this
name comes from, we would hope that St. John would make it more clear that there
was going to be a single man, instead he seems to show us that antichrist is a
spirit of rebellion. "Who is the Anti-Christ
but he who denies that Christ is the Son of God? We do not deny that Christ is
the Son of God. Indeed we teach that He was the First Begotten Son of God. So
they are wrong according to their own Scripture (The Bible). There are other
groups who deny that Christ was the Son of God, but not us. It is sad that they
reject the very One who they profess they are waiting for!" - Maitreya "He is the First and
Only Begotten Son (Christ) of God even before the creation ("before Abraham
was, I Am" John 8:58). He is the "First and Only Begotten"
because he became a son of God before creation. The other sons of God reached
this state after creation. There will be even more sons of God in the future,
"He that overcometh,...shall be my son." (Rev. 21:7)." - Maitreya I hope this addresses
your concerns and helps you to see that the Mission does not fear anyone but
God. |
