Paravipras Are The Real Leaders Of Society
with no Interests For Selfish Gain or Desires
Leadership
is a quality in a person. It is just like charisma.
Charisma (“God is with him”) actually comes from Christ, Krishna,
Christus. Leadership comes from having charisma.
Of course, it
does not come easily to a person. It is not something that you
come to the world and you are a leader. Probably you have been
meditating for many lifetimes. You have overcome some parts of
yourself that had to be overcome.
A leader is
probably more concerned about perfecting himself. He examines
his motives and his abilities, “Why do I want to do this? Why
do I want to take the people with me where I am going?”
A leader
means, he who takes others with him somewhere, because if there is
nowhere to go, why do they need a leader? Everyone can stay
where they are. So a leader means to take some people with him
where he goes.
The first
step is to know what the goal is, “Where are we going?” The
next step is to know how to get there. You should have gone
there before so you can take others with you.
If you do not
have a goal, you are going to take the people and just go in a
circle over and over again, and you will go nowhere. So
leadership can also be from three kinds. It can be from
ignorance, passion, or knowledge.
If a leader
does not know where he or she is going, takes the people around in
circles and never takes them anywhere, how good is that leader?
That is leadership from ignorance. If a leader has charisma
and he or she uses that for financial gain, for her or his own lower
nature, passion and things like that, then that is from passion.
But a leader
who knows where he is going, takes other people with him where he is
going, and is going to a good place (good means God), is a good
leader. That is leadership from knowledge.
Those are the
leaders we are trying to create in the Mission, leaders who
want to take humanity to God. They want to show the way to
Him. It is good to follow Him because God is Good.
***
So
leadership is a quality. It is an energy. It is the
ability to discern, the ability to find the way and show the way to
other people.
***
Of
course, according to the gifts of the Spirit, each person has
different abilities. But those abilities we consider as
mundane do not have to be looked down upon. Even a garbage
collector can be a realized person. You can be a president and
not be a realized person.
What we are
trying to do is to spread this word. We are not saying that
everyone is going to be a leader. Not everyone is going to
become a Paravipra. Everyone has the right to live but not to
lead. Not everyone is going to be president.
We are going
to have the garbage collectors. We are going to have the
presidents. But hopefully with these teachings, with the
meditation, and with the realization of the people, more and more
the people will realize that the goal of their lives is to be(come)
Divine.
That is the
goal of the life. The goal of the life is not to become a
president. The goal of the life is not to be a lawyer, a
doctor, a teacher, a garbage collector, a policeman, or anything
like that. That is not the goal.
The goal of
my life is to become Divine. Now if I am a president and I am
Divine, then I am a Divine President. If I am a doctor and I
am Divine also, then I am a Divine Doctor. If I am a garbage
collector and at the same time I am Divine, I am a Divine Garbage
Collector.
That is why
the mantra we give out is, “Haree Om Shrii Hung, Om Nam Kevalam.”
It means, “The Goal Of The Life Is To Be(come) Divine, That Divinity
(God) Is Everything.”

In
the system that we are going to create from the communities, there
will be four different bodies. There will be an administrative
body, a judiciary body, a legislative body, and the Elders.
We are
creating communities. These communities are based on twelve
people, six couples. These first six couples make up the first
level, or base, of the community. Twelve of these six couples
make up the second level of the community. Twelve of such
twelve groups, which is around 2,000 people, will create one
community.
From this
community, we are going to choose the people who are going to be in
the judiciary and administrative bodies. The legislative body
will be chosen by vote. Then the Elders will emerge from these
three bodies. So we are going to have four bodies in this
system.
Right from
the very first look, we see that these communities are not just
isolated communities. These communities are based on a system.
We build them to create a hierarchy, a system, which is going to
emerge from these communities.
Now when six
families are living in such close quarters, after awhile they know
everything about each other. When a person emerges from these
six couples as a leader, that person should be a pretty worthy
person, a person whom other people can respect. Other people
understand that he is caring, he is sharing, and he is willing to
lend a helping hand to the other eleven people. Such a person
emerges from these twelve people. He is not voted in. He
emerges and is selected by a group who knows him, or her, well.
It is not
something where you just shake hands with a couple of people in the
street, you advertise your name, and you talk about the issues.
You can even change your mind if you want to after you are elected.
The people who selected you can also vote you out, if they choose to
do that.
But the
people personally know this person. They are living with him.
They are eating with him. They are talking with him.
They are being with him. After six months or one year, they
pretty much know even the slightest thing about the other person and
what he does. Is he pure, does he understand, is he
compassionate, is he effective, etc.? So one person emerges
from these twelve people as a person accepted by the other eleven as
an effective person, as an administrative person.
Also, usually
in a group, there are some people who are more meditative.
They might not have administrative abilities. They might not
be able to organize, but their spirit is good, their spirit is just,
their spirit is meditative. Such people also emerge from these
twelve people as the judge of the twelve. If there is a
problem, or something comes up that they want to discuss and solve,
they can bring the problem to the judge who they chose among
themselves and solve their problem.
So each six
couples have one leader emerge from them, and one person is accepted
to be their judge. They can organize themselves by having this
leader, and also they can bring justice to themselves by having
their judge.
***
Right
there you can see that you have a community that can easily be
organized, and can easily solve their problems within themselves.
Every time something small happens, they really do not need to take
it to the small claims court, or go to a judge. So a lot of
expenses are cut right there from the governmental budget.
They do not need those things (or not as much). They can take
care of small problems themselves.
***
From
twelve such leaders in each twelve person base, one person is going
to emerge as the leader of the one unit (one twelve-twelve level of
community). These people also have to live together, be
together, know one another and eventually one will emerge to the
second level, and to the third level, until one person emerges as
the community leader.
The person
who emerges as the community leader has gone through three levels of
examination, understanding, and being very well-scrutinized by the
people around him and all of the community. So when he emerges
as the community leader, he should be a pretty good person, a
well-rounded adjusted person. Then from these communities,
some people are going to emerge as leaders of the districts,
counties, states, regions, etc. (For more information about
the proposed system given by Maitreya, refer to the book
Mount Zion and Zion, and Explanation of The System in
THOTH.)

A
leader cannot walk you to the road; he can show the way. He
can say, “This is the way to go.” Probably he starts walking,
and you can either stay and not follow him (you fall away and never
catch up), or you can start walking with him. You say, “He
knows what he is doing, I should go with him.”
***
There
was once a yogi. A lady came to him and said, “Who do you
think you are that everyone follows you?” He started walking
and she followed him [all laughing].
