INTRODUCTION

The small booklet called Master Plan for Planet Earth (Map), with some modifications, has been taken from the book Mount Zion and Zion, and Explanation of the System which is one of the books in The Holiest of the Holies (THOTH) written by Maitreya. The booklet MAP is the explanation of how, through the Communities of Light, a worldwide system based on the leadership of benevolent leaders can be established.

In that booklet - MAP - the spiritual aspect of The Plan was not included. In this booklet - The Light - this aspect of The Plan is described in some detail. To achieve this objective, a brief explanation of The Greatest Sign, which is the central focus of Maitreya’s teachings, will be given here.

It will be described how The Greatest Sign explains a path - Eternal Divine Path - which a community has to follow in order to become a Community of Light. Also, it reveals that all the religions of the world are complementary.

Therefore, MAP plus this booklet - The Light - together can be called The PLAN. MAP alone is not complete; we need The Light to be able to follow MAP. Without The Light, MAP might fall into darkness and we might become lost.

However, it should be emphasized that neither MAP nor The Light, nor both of them combined can replace THOTH. THOTH is the inspired book from the Most High. MAP and The Light are a part of it, but THOTH is more than The PLAN. It is a book from God to guide us in all levels of our existence.

ETERNAL DIVINE PATH AND THE GREATEST SIGN

Although the teachings of Maitreya in THOTH cover many aspects of human life, the Eternal Divine Path can be described as the essence of these teachings. The Eternal Divine Path is a practical and non-dogmatic path which, if followed, will bring many benefits individually and collectively.

Beside revealing the Eternal Divine Path in His teachings, Maitreya also explains how the seven steps in this Path have been revealed to humanity as one or more religions, starting twelve thousand years ago - we know only six thousand years of this period as human history. Each of these religions is one step in the Eternal Divine Path in The Greatest Sign. Each reveals one truth which is a part of a greater truth and is a necessary component to complete the rest.

PART I: ETERNAL DIVINE PATH

AWAKENING OF THE SPIRITUAL FORCES

()

The first step in the Eternal Divine Path is to endeavor to awaken our spiritual forces and energies. This can be done individually and/or collectively. In a Community of Light, collective spiritual practices are a must. Without generation of the spiritual energies and without bringing God into all levels of our lives, the lower nature will cause division and disunity between the members of the group. The result will be more division and more self-centeredness. Being more self-centered means a greater grip of the lower nature over the members and a degenerative cycle will start.

This cycle will continue until even the smallest matters will become bothersome and create irritation. The consequence will be resentment, judgmentally and even further separation. Such an environment is by no means proper to hold a community together, much less to become a Center or a Community of Light.

Although any community, in some degree, satisfies the economical and emotional needs of its members, the ultimate realization and main goal of the growth of each person should be to feel responsible and committed to the prosperity of the community and then to the rest of the universe: physically, mentally and spiritually. Emotional problems can be cured through spiritual awareness (Christ). They have a spiritual root.

The formation of a Community of Light brings many benefits. When a group of people share their resources, they can manage a less demanding life. Therefore, these people will be provided for, physically or economically, with less effort. Furthermore, because they live as a group, together they have greater safety. With the physiological and safety needs provided, the mental energies can be used for higher thoughts and greater purposes. Consequently, the mental development will be accelerated.

Through mental development and spiritual progress, a person will eventually realize that his or her emotional needs cannot be fulfilled from the external world but only from within. Therefore, not only will such needs decrease but ultimately the well of Love and devotion to God will be opened and enable a person to create unconditional Love. Hence, he or she will be able to give the Love-energy to others and help others also to find this Love within themselves.

The well of Love of God is the same as finding Him within. Or in other words, it is the same as having a cleansed spirit (chakras). When the chakras are cleaned of all unspiritual needs, then a sense of independence with a great Love for others is created in the person. The more people evolve to this state, the stronger will be the communities with greater Light manifested.

The lack of finding peace within is the cause of emotional problems. A person who intuitively feels he needs to be one with this Great Love, but does not know where to find It, directs his energy to the external world to find It. This Love and Peace, however, cannot be found outside. The person then takes the earthly attention from another person as the real Love. After the initial excitement of knowing the other person wears out, both realize that the other person does not have what they are looking for. Because he or she does not know what they really want, they blame each other for the lack they feel in themselves. The love wears out, and the mind comes in, with it judgmentally. The same person who used to be the center of his love becomes the most terrible person in the world.

That is when a great gap will be created and the result is their separation. They then continue their search to find It in another person or persons. They fall into the same trap and cycle of mistaking attention they receive as Love, and then later on disappointment. Unless they understand their real need, which is God within themselves, and find It there, they will remain disappointed and unfulfilled.

The reason for this is that if a person does not have something that we want, and he is even looking for the same thing, then such a person cannot fulfill our longing. Neither can we fulfill his. This is also true about that true Love that everyone is looking for. When one person does not have that true Love within self, and the other person does not have It either, they cannot give It to each other!

However, if a person found It within himself, such a person has what others desire. These people are the ones who have to gently direct others to find It within themselves also. They are the ones who truly understand the sentence, Love one another as Scriptures have taught us. They will teach all Love one another, not love only one other!

With this, people in the community will look within themselves to find the answer to their emotional needs - and to any other spiritual needs - and also, by spiritual practices, they will generate spiritual energy and bring God among themselves. Therefore, awakening of the spiritual forces and bringing God into the life of the community is essential - otherwise the unifying force of the Holy Ghost will be missing and there will be no joy within or unity left.

DIRECTING THE ENERGY TO BRING
THE KINGDOM OF HEAVEN ON EARTH

(solm150c.gif (1368 bytes))

The energy and realization gained through spiritual practices should be directed toward creating a proper environment for all. So, the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth (KOHOE) will come.

It is explained at length in THOTH that individual liberation is not possible without collective liberation. That is why in the age to come, the escapist approach of individual liberation - when someone struggles for his own salvation without being concerned for others - will not be valid any longer.

Therefore, a person has to direct his or her energy toward the establishment of more Communities of Light in order to bring the Kingdom of Heaven on earth (kohoe-s.gif (879 bytes)).

Even being community-centered is not enough. It is a little better than being self-centered but still it is narrow. The KOHOE will come only if there is a networking system between the Communities of Light. With networking, the benefits mentioned above will be greatly enhanced and a collective benefit will also be generated.

To meditate without using the creative energy generated to establish the KOHOE can result in a greater egotism and more self-centeredness.

SACRIFICING - NOT BEING SELF-CENTERED

(crsl150c.gif (1079 bytes))

The goal of meditation is to become less ego-centered. To achieve this goal, selfless service - sacrifice - is essential.

By directing these spiritual energies toward the creation of the Communities of Light and the KOHOE - which is a great act of selfless service - selfishness will be dissolved.

The Communities of Light and in a broader sense the KOHOE will not be established without sacrifice. Sacrifice, of course, can be of three kinds: from knowledge, passion or ignorance.

Sacrifice from knowledge is done for the right person, at the right time and at the right place, such as creation of the Communities of Light. Sacrifice or service from passion - being attached to the result of our actions - is done when an expectation for some personal gain (physically, mentally or emotionally) is present. Such a service is usually known as business. Sacrifice from ignorance is done to the wrong person, at the wrong time and at the wrong place - such as to insist on serving someone who neither wants it nor needs it. Sacrifices done from passion and/or from ignorance can create suffering.

In a greater sense, sacrifice means to crucify the lower nature and to overcome the propensities of the first three chakras, so we might enter the love center (to be born again) in our fourth chakra which is called the sacred heart (Christ). Then such a person will not be self-centered any longer and will be willing to share his blessings - which are God’s blessings at the same time - with others.

Another approach to reach this state is to share with others what we have so we learn not to be self-centered, and eventually we will overcome being egocentric and also overcome our lower natures. However, it should be done from knowledge, not from passion or ignorance.

So to share, to serve, to sacrifice, and not to be self-centered opens the heart and brings into the self the Love and Grace of God. It is only with His Grace that our endeavors can prosper and His Kingdom can come.

SURRENDERING AND SUBMISSION

(islm150c.gif (1387 bytes))

If the result of our actions is not surrendered to God, our sacrifice and service might become an obstacle in our spiritual progress and also in the formation of the communities. If sacrifice is done with being attached to the result, two things might occur:

-we might create a great ego of how great we are because we are sacrificing so much; or

-we might become discouraged that we are doing so much service and sacrificing with little or no result.

In surrendering the result of our actions to God, we will detach ourselves from it - the result - and be free from this pitfall. This will free us from any egotism or anxiety about how the outcome will be. We do our best and improve ourselves constantly, but we will not be slowed down or separated from others if the results are not as expected and we will not create false superiority feelings - inflated egos - if we have some success.

Greater than surrendering is submission. In surrendering, still a separation exists between the person who surrenders the result of his actions and God whom he surrenders the result to. In submission however, a person realizes that God does the actions through him. Therefore, He is the real doer, not he. This automatically frees a person from being attached to the result of his actions.

However, this cannot become an excuse for someone to do a terrible action and claim that God did it through him, because God is Holy and never does an action, or uses anyone to do anything, which is not in accord with His Laws.

Submission and realizing that God is the doer through us is difficult. Therefore, the best approach is to practice being submissive to Him by knowing that we are a channel for Him. However, if we become attached to the results, then we might surrender to Him.

With this practice, eventually we learn not to be attached to the fruit of our actions and will go about doing His will without creating any attachment. When we have learned to be submissive all the time, then the Oneness is complete, and the I am has become the same as I AM, so the person and God are ONE.

UNIVERSALISM OR EXPANSION OF THE MIND

Universalism

(bahm150c.gif (1277 bytes))

Not only is the liberation of an individual impossible without the liberation of the community, but also the salvation of the community is impossible without the salvation of the rest of society, humanity and ultimately the universe.

Any particle or portion of the universe is a part and parcel of the whole and is inseparable. Consequently, separating one part of the universe from another is bound to create suffering and is not in tune with the Will of God or with the Universal Law.

The first four steps which were explained previously can become narrowed by being directed only to a small portion of the universe, and therefore create suffering. That is why creating a universal point of view is a must. By this all narrowness of the mind is overcome and actions are directed for the welfare of the whole. This kind of action will prosper and is unifying.

Universalism means to accept the universe as our home, God as our Father, Nature (creative force, Holy Ghost) as our Mother, and others as our co-travelers on the evolutionary path. Or in other words, universalism means to overcome any narrowness of the mind and expand our consciousness to include all as God’s children and all as a part of Him.

KINGDOM OF HEAVEN WITHIN

(sadm150c.gif (1404 bytes))

By practicing spiritual exercises (ichng-s.gif (891 bytes)), directing the energy generated toward creating ideal environments (kohoe-s.gif (879 bytes)), being ready to sacrifice - not being self-centered - to create such environments (cross-s.gif (869 bytes)), then surrendering the result to God or becoming a person submissive to Him and His will (islms15c.jpg (912 bytes)), and creating a universal point of view (baha-s.gif (97 bytes)), a person reaches complete freedom and truly becomes a son of God or an Elect (kohw-s.gif (904 bytes)).

With spiritual exercises, a person will become aware not only of the forces within himself or herself, but also of the forces in the universe. Such a person will discover the spirit within, and realize this spirit in all other things. He will also gain his birthright - the powers of the spirit - and will be able to use it for the good of the whole.

By directing the spiritual energy and knowledge gained to help others, a person becomes more other-centered (or God-centered) than self-centered. This will remove selfishness in him and his heart will be opened.

However, in this state a person might still become attached to the result of his actions. By learning how to surrender, a person frees himself from expecting any return and will not be slowed down in his actions. He will eventually become a submissive person or a channel for the Divine.

If he also expands his mind to realize the universe as ONE, then any prejudice and narrowness of the mind will be dissolved.

With selfless service, a person frees himself from being self-centered; with submission, he becomes free from all attachments; with universalism, he frees himself from any narrowness of the mind. With these and other great benefits from the Eternal Divine Path, a person will overcome all obstacles. He will be free of all evils of the human spirit.

Therefore, by going through the five steps which are:

-Awakening of the spiritual forces,

-Directing these energies and realizations to create

the proper environment for self and others (KOHOE),

-Becoming more other-centered than self-centered,

-Surrendering and submitting oneself to God, and

-Becoming a universalist,

the result will be the creation of a dynamic spiritual being, free from any attachments or narrowness of the mind.

Such people are those who can truly be called the Elects (kohw-s.gif (904 bytes)). They will not only help humanity to bring His Kingdom on earth, but they will also help all to reach the highest spiritual achievement, which is pure consciousness (center-s.gif (899 bytes)), and in the process, they themselves will also reach pure consciousness (center-s.gif (899 bytes)).

CONCLUSION OF THIS FIRST PART

By understanding the revelation above and the Master Plan for Planet Earth (MAP), the formation of the Communities of Light is possible. The formation of the Communities of Light is the way to salvation physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

PART II: THE GREATEST SIGN

In this section, the relationship between the Eternal Divine Path, the religions of the world, and The Greatest Sign will be revealed. The whole teaching of Maitreya evolves around The Greatest Sign. The Greatest Sign reveals the Eternal Divine Path and also that the religions of the world are each a part of the Eternal Divine Path. With this, we can see that not only are all the religions of the world not contradictory, but are complementary.

Each step explained above in the Eternal Divine Path symbolizes one or more religions of the world. As the Eternal Divine Path progresses in an evolving way to perfection and each step completes the previous ones, so each great religion of the world is a revelation to humanity which completes and enhances the previous. These religions have been revealed to humanity in the same evolving pattern as in the Eternal Divine Path.

AWAKENING OF THE SPIRITUAL FORCES —

MYSTICAL PATHS

(chmh150c.gif (1398 bytes))

As it was explained in the previous section, the first step in the Eternal Divine Path is the awakening of the spiritual forces. That is why this step and the symbol related to it (ichng-s.gif (891 bytes)) represent any spiritual knowledge which helps a person to become familiar with the self and the universe, and their relationships together, and helps him to awaken his spiritual forces.

That is why this first step includes Hinduism, Buddhism, the Egyptian teachings, the mystical part of Judaism (Kabala) and Christianity, Sufism, yoga, meditation, breathing and any other techniques, practices or paths which work directly with the spirit - ethereal body - and reveal its relationship with the universe. These practices vastly differ all throughout the earth, but their basic objective is to invoke the Spirit and to realize God as Spirit.

This first symbol is very broad in its meaning and covers all portions of the spiritual life of humanity. The idea in this step is to guide a person to look within himself, to realize the self and to discover the relationship between the self and the universe.

This portion of the spiritual truth is directly related to the spirit of man as one with God. Because the spirit is infinite, these teachings are infinite also and cover such a great spectrum of human spiritual endeavors. These practices and schools of thought cannot be put in one separate category. They are interrelated and also each, or a combination of them, appeals to different classes of humanity.

The first symbol and its teaching helps a person to realize the significance of the rest of the Eternal Divine Path and become one with it. The Greatest Sign and the steps explained in the Eternal Divine Path are the guiding light to lead a person to the goal at the fastest speed possible. They will prevent him from being lost in the maze of infinite spiritual jargon.

We can say that any philosophy, practice or technique which helps a person to become attuned to his or her own spirit and to realize its oneness with the universe as a part of the whole, can be considered as a part of the awakening of the spiritual forces (ichng-s.gif (891 bytes)).

This is the reason why the first symbol and the teachings related to it cannot be presented as a separate religion. The spirit of these mystical paths, however, have been intertwined all through our teachings. It can be said that the philosophies and practices related to the first symbol - awakening of the spiritual forces - are the spirit (Holy Ghost) of the rest of the teaching.

KINGDOM OF HEAVEN ON EARTH - JUDAISM

(solm150c.gif (1368 bytes))

The next step in the Eternal Divine Path is the formation of the Communities of Light which will lead to the establishment of the Kingdom of Heaven On Earth (KOHOE). This is related to Judaism. Abram (Abraham) was chosen and instructed to find a people who would accept God as their King and would not obey anyone else but Him. This is the very theme of the whole Old Testament.

His Kingdom will come when He is accepted as the King and is included in all aspects of human life. He created this universe and man should realize that He is in all its activities. If we put Him out of His creation, it will be a great mistake.

Consequently, in practicing spiritual activities, and after the awakening of our spiritual forces, we also have to direct our gained spiritual energies and powers toward bringing His Kingdom on earth.

The symbol of the Jews, which has come to them from the ancient Children of Israel, is a part of The Plan, and is included in the Eternal Divine Path. It is the second step toward completion of the Eternal Divine Path.

SACRIFICE - CHRISTIANITY

(crsl150c.gif (1079 bytes))

The next step in the Eternal Divine Path is to sacrifice or not to be self-centered - to be humble which is the very theme of the New Testament or Christianity (Christ). Jesus (Esa) sacrificed himself for the salvation of humanity.

With sharing, sacrificing and not being self-centered, everything is possible. Without sacrifice, nothing is possible. If everyone wants to have all things without sharing, there will not be enough for all. Material resources are limited. Therefore, sharing is a vital necessity for the benefit of all. It is also good for spiritual growth.

With this, the third step of the Eternal Divine Path is revealed and Christianity is also explained in relationship with the other religions of the world.

SURRENDERING AND SUBMISSION - ISLAM

(islm150c.gif (1387 bytes))

As explained above, if a person becomes attached to the result of his actions, it will be a burden on him and will slow down his spiritual progress. That is why we should surrender the result of our actions to God, or even better, to submit ourselves to Him and become a channel for Him. Islam means both to be surrendered and submissive to God.

To be surrendered or submissive to God does not mean to be idle and wait for Him to do all things for us. If that was the case, He would not have provided us with intelligence, feet, hands, eyes, etc. He provided us with these abilities in order that we use them in our progress.

Therefore, surrendering means to do the actions in His name and do our best in what we are chosen to do, but not be attached to the outcome. Submission means to do our best but be aware that it is He who is the doer. Then we would not be attached to the result of something we have not done!

With this explanation, Islam is also a part of the Eternal Divine Path and of The Greatest Sign.

UNIVERSALISM, EXPANSION OF THE MIND -

BAHA’I FAITH

(bahm150c.gif (1277 bytes))

The next step explained in the Eternal Divine Path is universalism. The corresponding religion is the Baha’i Faith. The central point of this religion is its universal point of view.

In the last four steps of the Eternal Divine Path, narrowness of the mind might still develop. But with the expansion of the mind and creation of a universal point of view, this danger will be eliminated. This will free a person from any prejudice or separation from others and the whole universe.

In fact, human suffering is caused by the feeling of separation from God and so from each other. Unification is the essence of God. Whatever separates one component of the universe from the other is not from God - it is from ego. Whatever unifies them is from Him because the Holy Ghost unifies and is the same as God.

Although it seems that the Eternal Divine Path has seven steps, in reality there are only five steps in the Path. They are the five symbols explained above:

-Awakening of the spiritual forces - Mystical Paths (ichng-s.gif (891 bytes))

-Creation of the Communities of Light - Judaism (kohoe-s.gif (879 bytes))

-Sacrifice - Christianity (cross-s.gif (869 bytes))

-Submission - Islam (islms15c.jpg (912 bytes))

-Universalism - Baha’i Faith (baha-s.gif (97 bytes))

The two other symbols are conditions, not steps.

KINGDOM OF HEAVEN WITHIN - THE ELECTS

(sadm150c.gif (1404 bytes))

In the sixth symbol, after a person passes through the first five levels of progress, he or she becomes an Elect (kohw-s.gif (904 bytes)) . Such a person has already gained all the qualities which would be developed by following the Eternal Divine Path. They become the ones who are called the Light of the world. Only such persons are able to create the Communities of Light and help others also to become Lights, thus in the end, all will reach pure consciousness (center-s.gif (899 bytes)).

SUMMARY

Therefore, The Greatest Sign not only reveals the Eternal Divine Path and shows the way to salvation, but also with combining the Eternal Divine Path (The Light) with MAP, the whole PLAN is revealed and His Kingdom on earth can be established. The Greatest Sign also reveals how all the religions of the world are complementary and how each of them is a part of a greater truth.

With this teaching, each person can stay with his or her own religion or path. At the same time, he can accelerate his progress by following the Eternal Divine Path and understanding Its significance. By becoming familiar with other religions and teachings, then they will also open their hearts to others. So, this will help to unify all and accelerate the process of bringing His PLAN on earth.

APPENDIX: THE TEMPLE

Temples in the shape of The Greatest Sign will be built all over the earth. The large seal of Solomon (sdot150c.gif (930 bytes)) in the center of The Greatest Sign, which symbolizes the Kingdom of Heaven in Heaven, will be built as corridors of the temple. There will be an entrance to the temple at each of the six points where the large seal of Solomon touches the main circle.

Therefore, these six entrances to the temple each will represent one or more religions or faiths of the world. Again, these temples will become another symbol for unifying humanity.

The 12 triangles around the six-sided center (hexagon) will become libraries full of spiritual literature from all over the world. The very center of The Greatest Sign, which symbolizes the presence of God (center-s.gif (899 bytes)), will become a place for meditation and contemplation. It symbolizes that God cannot be understood with the intellect (libraries around the temple) alone. He is beyond intellect.

Pyramidal structures will be built at the top of the six triangles and the six spaces between them surrounding the six-sided center. These pyramids could be used as healing centers or for any other spiritual activity, or just made of glass to allow the light inside the libraries. A dome will also be built on the central part of the temple.

The temples will be surrounded with universities studying the sciences for the Golden Age to come - Science Based On Spirit* - and other necessary topics for human progress. These will be for the benefit of all and His Kingdom on earth.

* Science Based On Spirit - refers to any scientific explanation of universal formation based on spirit, which will be manifested and used in the future for the benefit of humanity.

The Necessity of Understanding the
Whole Message of Maitreya

This booklet by no means represents the entire vision revealed by Maitreya. In order for this system to work, the whole teaching must be considered. Those who would see His vision and accept it, will assist in bringing the truth to the earth.

It is the visionaries who will lead in the dawn of the new order: "Without vision, the man will perish."

For the entire message of Maitreya, the book THOTH is highly recommended. It contains nineteen books plus a glossary, written by Maitreya. It contains an explanation of the relationship between most Holy Books of the world. That is why it is called The Holiest Of The Holies (THOTH). In addition to explaining the relationships among the holiest books of the world, it also reveals many other truths, related to all levels of human existence. It is also the revelation and the last testament to end the old era. Therefore, it is also called The Last Testament. In full, the name of the book written by Maitreya is The Holiest of the Holies (THOTH), The Last Testament.

THE NEW GREAT INVOCATION

(Reminder)

1- We pay our salutations to The Divine Father, who has helped all come from ignorance to the path of enlightenment. Ignorance is the state of unawareness of the reality behind this universe, and enlightenment is the state of pure consciousness.

2- We open our hearts to Your Grace and pray for Your Guidance in overcoming the power of the tama guna over our souls and detaching ourselves from Maya.

3- We adore and promise to endeavor to help the whole universe to reach higher consciousness and eventually pure consciousness.

4- In reverence we bow our heads in front of all the great souls in the past and those to come who have helped and will help all to understand Your Compassion and Mercy in Your Actions and Creation.

5- We surrender ourselves to You, the Words revealed to us through Your Prophets, and Your Greatest Sign which clarifies the confusion between all.

6- We submit only to You which is Formless, Nameless and Invisible. You in this state unify — in any other state, humanity will be divided. Also, this will prevent us from surrendering to false prophets and teachers.

7- However, in reverence we bow our heads in front of all the great souls who will teach us how to know You and show us the way to be(come) pure consciousness, as is the goal.
