We begin our second Feast of Tabernacles today. We
welcome everyone who came from last year, who joined us again this
year. It's nice to see that we have a lot of people back from the
last Feast. And also we welcome the newcomers who have joined us
this year for the first time.
We hope that we keep growing more and more every
year. Eventually one day hundreds and thousands of people all around
the earth will keep these Feasts. The Feast of Tabernacles is one of
the Feasts that God demanded to be kept Holy, as His Holy Days of
the year.
This Feast will be the seven days of the Feast of
Tabernacles. A tabernacle is a tent, a house, a place that God wants
for Himself. He wants to have a house, or to be invited to this
place, so humanity can refer to Him and glorify Him for these seven
days. They can gather together, meditate together, sing together,
praise the Lord together, and in Joy, have a feast. As we just heard
[Scripture had been read], "Let's make a loud noise unto the Lord."
Singing is a loud noise, isn't it? We also sing and
dance with the tune of Haree Om Shrii Hung (HOSH), Om Nam Kevalam.
The meaning of this great mantra is, The Goal Of The Life Is To
Be(come) Divine (God), That Divinity (God) Is Everything.
Don't let anyone intimidate you that chanting and
dancing is against the
Bible's teachings. Read the book I Kings when Saul was
instructed to go in a special direction. There he eventually met a
group of Prophets who used musical instruments, and sang and danced,
and would prophesy. This process is the same as the Kirtan we do
with the HOSH mantra.
The other goals are secondary. Any other goal is OK.
We can become a lawyer. We can become a teacher. We can become a
chiropractor. We can become anything we want to be, but at the same
time the real goal is to be(come) Divine. As we said, the meaning of
the HOSH mantra is The Goal Of The Life Is To Be(come) Divine. That
is the only and highest goal in one's life.
The Bible (which is the base for all the main
religions of the world), is really the only Scripture where God gave
an outline of what Holy Days He wants us to keep, and the Feast of
Tabernacles is one of them. We can see that He has commanded us,
that He wants us to keep it forever and ever.
It doesn't belong only to one group or one period of
history. He wants it to be kept forever. This Feast has a lot of
meaning. Those seven days lead to the seventh period, the
significance that six days are the six thousand years that have
passed from the beginning of this revelation, and the seventh day is
the day when time stands still, the Joy of knowing God comes to man,
and the Kingdom of God will come on earth.
The six days are also like the six levels of
consciousness and on the seventh we reach Pure Consciousness. Seven
is the number of joy, happiness and oneness, and all the wars and
rumors of wars that we hear now are going to vanish away. They will
be no longer in this last period of progress of this generation.
We can see here right now what is happening on
earth. We can see that all the signs are here that something has
gone wrong on this earth. We are fighting for our country. We are
fighting for our religion. We are fighting for our race. We are
fighting for every little thing on earth.
God has brought everything together through us.
Let's unify the religions. Let's unify the systems. Let's go beyond
the narrowness of different cultures, racism, religionism, etc.
Let's unify everything that humanity can and must unify.
Our focus is on God. We are color blind. This is the
same God of Abraham and Isaac and Israel. It's the same God of Moses
and Christ and Muhammad and Buddha and us. Indeed, we are not from
this earth, but from God. Our roots are not here, but are in heaven
with God.
It's the same God who has revealed all these things
over and over to humanity as different revelations, a part of the
Eternal Divine Path. Every time He brought this revelation, He also
brought the concept of the community, the community based on married
couples following the Eternal Divine Path. That is the strength of
the community. The Communities of Light will be created. The whole
system and the whole Kingdom of God is based on the Communities of
Light.
So we can see that it is very simple: The whole base
of the Kingdom is the creation of the Communities of Light.
Now, we are a Community of Light together here in
this center for a week. Let's be a community. Let's learn the
saying, "Love one another as I love you." Let's share and be
together. Let's be a community for a week and see how it feels to be
a community. Let's have this Feast of Tabernacles with the theme of
"The Answer? Communities of Light!"
The Communities of Light are the answer. They create
a good environment for everyone. They go beyond the borders between
nations. They go beyond the borders of religions, races, and
eventually we will learn how to live with one another, and Love one
another as God Loves us.
How long can we fight with one another, kill one
another and create an earth that is unsafe? It's unsafe physically.
It's unsafe emotionally. It's unsafe intellectually. It's unsafe
spiritually. No one on earth is good or has the answer. We have the
answer. It is very simple. The answer is, Communities of Light.
So let's make this Feast a Community of Light, and
be together and act as a community. Let's bring God's Kingdom, at
least for a week, here together.
If I can be of any help, let me know. Also we will
do it together. Can we do it? [All answering, "Yes"]
